The eggs in the bird nest in our chanderlier finally hatched. When i came home today, doing my usual check on the nest while walking up the stairs, I couln't find the eggs. Instead, I saw two baby birds stretching their heads with their beaks wide open and squirming toward the ceiling. I bet they were calling their mother for food.
It feels so warm and fuzzy and tingly to know that you've got a piece of un-modernised nature somewhere so close by and that you can just peek at it whenever you want to. I'm gonna spy at them later when i go down for dinner again :D
